Tick each C-code when inspected. Select one status for the whole room. Add separate numbered snag records for faults (up to six photos per snag). General categories are listed under their own shared spaces.
Scope & professional limitations
Visual, non-invasive inspection of safe accessible areas and ordinary operation of fixtures. Not a structural survey, specialist technical inspection or a building compliance certificate. No electrical/gas specialist testing, disassembly, opening of drain covers or access to unsafe areas.
